Two small office buildings, a renovated office building, and several houses were executed in brick in the Colonial Revival style in Warrenton in the mid and late-1930s as the country began recovering from the Great Depression. This house is an example, having appeared on the Sanborn Map in 1942. The house is a symmetrical Colonial Revival dwelling with a central entrance featuring sidelights and a transom under a pedimented portico with Doric columns and a denticulated cornice. A three-part window with a larger window flanked by sidelights is situated over the portico. The house is five bays wide with a single window located in each of the other bays. At each front corner of the house, flat-roof side porches with Doric columns and denticulated cornices project forward. A paved patio extends across the façade, connecting the side porches. All windows are modern replacements. The side-gable roof features a small wall gable centered on the front roof slope. On the gable ends, paired chimneys are flush with the exterior wall and Palladian windows are located under the stacks at the attic level.
